WHY IT EXISTS
Most work is not lost to a competitor. It is lost to silence.
Someone asks for a price. A quote goes out. Then the week gets busy, the customer goes quiet, and the next step lives only in somebody’s head. Nobody decided to let the job go. It just slipped.
A CRM asks you to look after a database. Most service businesses do not need one. They need every enquiry to have a next step and a time, and for someone to notice when it does not. That is what AfterLeads does, and it is all it tries to do.

Lebogang started AfterLeads to fix one quiet, expensive problem: good jobs going cold because nobody followed up. Lebogang builds the product, reads the messages that come in through this site and sets the standard for how AfterLeads behaves: plain words, no pressure on customers and nothing sent without the owner’s say.
